Job Summary:*
Are you a highly skilled and motivated individual looking to make a significant impact? We are seeking a Credit Control Consular to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with the Credit Control Manager and the Business Unit Operation Manager to effectively manage our receivables portfolio. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring the efficient and timely collection of outstanding dues while providing essential support to resolve customer disputes and remove obstacles hindering repayment.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Collaborate with the Credit Control Department to manage accounts receivable.
- Conduct timely reviews of customer outstanding balances and develop payment plans when necessary.
- Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment to achieve common business objectives.
- Communicate with customers through various channels (phone calls, emails, live chat) to secure their accounts.
- Work closely with the Credit Control Manager to ensure smooth collection processes.
- Fulfill additional tasks and duties as required by work demand.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Financial Management.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in receivables management.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in computer literacy; a background in technology is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills.
